Alianza API Certification

The Alianza REST API web services are a powerful set of tools that can be used to create and control all aspects of the end-user accounts on Alianza’s Cloud Voice Platform. Our service-provider customers take advantage of the API to integrate with the Alianza Cloud Voice Platform. In order to make sure everything works smoothly for both the service provider and Alianza, we require all integrations to go through our API certification process.

The service provider can develop using Alianza’s Beta environment to test all use case scenarios. Before moving it to production, the certification allows Alianza to review the service provider integration and make sure…

  • All performed transactions behave correctly
  • The service provider’s integration is not doing anything strange
  • The service provider has built an integration that puts the joint solution in the best possible light
  • Any security concerns are addressed

In API Certification, the integration is examined for following Alianza’s design requirements and providing a full support model for the post-integration launch.

Requirements

  1. Sample requests: If you contact Alianza’s support for back-end assistance on any issues you are seeing, Alianza may ask to provide fully consumable raw HTTP requests and responses. Alianza should be able to recreate the event using the provided trace. We are looking for the verb/method, endpoint, and payload. Please be ready to pull this information.
  2. Test transactions: The test transactions asked for in the API checklist should show the integration from end-to-end. Do we want to check for any errors that occurred in the logs?
  3. Checklist: Once the test transactions have been completed, the following API certification checklist must be submitted to Alianza.
